SellRDepot provides commerce-operation software for authorized sellers. This policy explains how SellRDepot processes personal information when a seller connects a marketplace account, uses our application, visits our website, or asks us for support.
1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to sellrdepot.com, app.sellrdepot.com, and the SellRDepot services. For marketplace order information, the seller normally determines why the information is processed and SellRDepot acts as its service provider or processor. SellRDepot acts as a controller for account, website, security, and business-contact information that it collects for its own operations.
2. Information we collect
- Account and business-contact data, including name, business email, telephone number, organization, role, authentication records, and preferences.
- Authorized TikTok Shop and TikTok advertising data, including shop and user identifiers, authorization tokens, products, inventory, orders, buyers, delivery addresses, tracking, fulfillment, returns, refunds, messages, and workflow status.
- Operational evidence that an authorized seller chooses to record or upload, such as packing or return-inspection video, images, scan events, notes, and audit history.
- Support communications and the records needed to investigate and resolve requests.
- Technical and security data, including IP address, browser and device information, session records, timestamps, application logs, and suspected-abuse signals.
We do not request payment-card credentials through the SellRDepot application. Marketplace and payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to authenticate users; provide authorized marketplace connections; import and manage orders, products, inventory, shipping, customer service, and returns; retain transaction evidence; prevent fraud and abuse; secure and troubleshoot the service; answer support requests; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability. We limit collection and use to the information reasonably needed for these purposes.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on the relationship and applicable law, processing is based on performing a contract, the seller's documented instructions, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent where consent is required.
5. Disclosures and service providers
We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, follow an authorized seller's instructions, protect the service, or comply with law. Recipients may include TikTok and authorized service providers, carriers and fulfillment providers, infrastructure and security providers such as Cloudflare, professional advisers, and government authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Storage and international processing
The primary SellRDepot application and database are operated in the United States. Internet traffic is protected by Cloudflare's network and may be processed transiently at the network location nearest a user. Connected marketplaces and other service providers process information according to their own published locations and contractual terms.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for the period required by the seller's instructions, the operational purpose, security needs, disputes, and applicable tax, accounting, marketplace, and legal obligations. OAuth credentials are deleted or disabled after a connection is revoked or the service ends. Support and operational evidence is deleted when its purpose and any dispute hold end. At termination, customer data is deleted or returned on request, subject to legal retention duties and normal encrypted-backup deletion cycles. Data that must be retained is restricted and used only for the retention reason.
8. Access, correction, deletion, and export
Sellers may ask us to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete information. An individual whose information came from a seller should normally contact that seller first; we will assist the seller and TikTok Shop with verified requests. We verify identity and authority before acting, record the request, and respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use access controls, least-privilege roles, transport encryption, protected credentials, encrypted primary storage, firewalls, network filtering, anti-malware controls, monitoring, backups, vulnerability management, and incident-response procedures appropriate to the service. No system is risk-free. Suspected incidents are assessed, contained, documented, and reported to affected sellers, platforms, or authorities when required.
10. Children
SellRDepot is a business service and is not directed to children. Every account holder must be at least 18 years old and confirms this when creating or accepting an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
11. Changes
We review this policy at least annually and when our services or legal requirements materially change. We publish the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
