SellRDepot currently focuses exclusively on TikTok. Shop workflows depend on seller authorization and approved access. Our advertising reporting app is pending approval; additional advertising, organic content, and messaging services are planned and subject to approval.

Open the SellRDepot seller authorization link, sign in to TikTok Seller Center as the shop owner, review the requested permissions, and approve access for your shop. TikTok Shop returns you to SellRDepot after authorization. SellRDepot only receives data allowed by the approved scopes.

Supported workflows include order review, shipping-deadline queues, inventory context, picking, barcode verification, packing, labels, parcel tracking, customer-service context, returns, refunds, and recorded fulfillment or inspection evidence. Availability depends on approved API scopes and implementation settings.

Yes. Individual users can receive role-based access for operations, warehouse, customer service, or management work. Access should be limited to each person's responsibilities.

SellRDepot uses encrypted connections, access controls, protected credentials, encrypted primary storage, firewalls, monitoring, anti-malware controls, and incident-response procedures. Review the public Security and Data Protection pages for more detail.

Yes. A seller can revoke authorization through the applicable TikTok Shop authorization settings and contact SellRDepot to close the connection. OAuth credentials are disabled or deleted after authorization ends.

SellRDepot offers a Free tier, OMS at $299.99 per month, Gold OMS at $599.99 per month, and Platinum OMS at $999.99 per month. Custom Shop Build projects are scoped separately and use contact-for-pricing. Review the Pricing page for included features and plan limits.

Eligible new sellers may evaluate the agreed paid-plan workflows for 30 days. The Free tier remains available within its published limits. Paid service begins only after the trial unless a different written arrangement applies. Implementation, custom integrations, and unusually large data migrations may require a separate scope.
