SellRDepot stores images, video, and other material that sellers upload. We respect copyright and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

2. Filing a notice
Send a written notice to the agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you claim infringes it, with enough detail for us to locate it; your name, address, telephone number, and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
3. Counter-notices
If material you uploaded was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send the agent a counter-notice that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where SellRDepot may be found) and to accept service from the person who filed the notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
